Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!

What parking options are available at this community?

The Retreat offers residents covered, reserved parking as well as detached car garages.

I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?

Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.

When is trash pickup?

Garbage is collected on Sunday- trash out between 3 and 5 pm. Service begins at 5. Monday through Thursday 5 to 7pm. Service begins at 7..

Where is the dog park?

The dog park is located near the rear exit gate and in front of the back compactor located across from building 13.

Do you currently have a parking permit process in place?

Where can my guests park when visiting the community?

Designated guest parking or leasing office parking if after hours.

What are your community’s pool hours?

10am until 10pm

Does your community offer clubhouse rentals? If yes, what is the cost, and what steps must a resident take to reserve it?

• Resident requests clubhouse rental.
• Team checks availability.
• Resident completes rental form and leaves both the $150 rental fee and $500 security deposit. The rental fee is deposited at the time of the reservation. The security deposit is not processed unless there are damages.
• Reservation is confirmed.
